| Fixed the date of Annual General Meeting as Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 03:30 p.m. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34 (1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we are submitting herewith the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) Notice of the Company will be held on Wednesday July 30, 2025 at 03.30 P.M. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual means.
