| In compliance with Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that the BoD of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. May 15, 2025, has, inter alia, considered and approved the following: 1. Audited Financial Statements (Consolidated and Standalone) and the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2025, as recommended by the Audit Committee along with Auditors Reports with unmodified opinions on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) and a declaration to that effect Recommended final dividend @ 100% on face value i.e. 1.00/- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 1/- each on 41,17,40,908 equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of the shareholders in ensuing AGM. and any other item mentioned in Annexure. With reference to 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company which is schedule to be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, from time to time, the company has decided to consider the name of Beneficial owners as recorded at the end of business hours as on September 09, 2025 (Record Date) as per the list to be furnished by National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL) in respect of shares held in Dematerialized form, and Members in the Register of Members of the Company in respect of shares held in Physical Form for the purpose of reckoning the list of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/08/2025) | ||||||
