(As per BSE Announcement dated on: 01.12.2025) The 01st Extra - Ordinary General Meeting for Financial Year 2025-26 of the Company was held on Monday, December 01, 2025 at 10:03 A.M. and concluded at 10:21 A.M, through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). In this regard, we are enclosing herewith the following: Report of the Scrutinizer dated December 02, 2025 issued by VC and Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration), Rules 2014. The same is also being made available on the website of the Company at https://garudaconstructionengineering.com/ Kindly take the above on your records and acknowledge Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) read with the Rules made thereunder, Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended (SEBI Listing Regulations) and the Secretarial Standard on General Meetings (SS-2) issued by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as amended, the Company had provided the facility to all the Members as on November 24, 2025, (the Record Date) to exercise their votes on the items of business given in the Notice through remote electronic voting system (e-voting system) provided by the CDSL. The remote e-voting period remained open from November 28 2025 (10.00 a.m.) to November 30 2025 (5.00 p.m.).
