Neptune Tradelink thereafter converted from a Partnership Firm to a Private Limited Company with the name Neptune Petrochemicals Private Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation dated October 21, 2021 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, the status was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed from Neptune Petrochemicals Private Limited to Neptune Petrochemicals Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 16, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
