| The Board considered and fixed the date of the Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting and related matters as under:- (i) The Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting (34th AGM) of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 4.00 p.m. by Video Conference or other Audio /Visual Mode. (ii) The Book Closure dates for the purposes of the 34th AGM and payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 are from Saturday, August 2, 2025 to Tuesday, August 5, 2025, (both days inclusive) during which the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books will remain closed. The dividend will be paid on or before Monday, August 11, 2025. The Board of Directors has approved revised book closure dates from Friday, August 1, 2025 to Tuesday, August 5, 2025, for payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 03.07.2025) Please find enclosed Notice of 34th Annual General Meeting. Please find enclosed intimation of Book Closure We further wish to inform that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, August 1, 2025 to Tuesday, August 5, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 34th AGM and payment of Final Dividend.
