| The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held earlier today have inter-alia, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, along with the Auditors Report thereon as enclosed herewith and recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.25/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up of the Company @225% subject to the approval of the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Monday, June 30, 2025, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made on or after Friday, July 11, 2025.
