| Jindal Stainless Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. Further as intimated by our letter dated 27th June 2025 the trading window in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 was closed with effect from 01st July 2025 until the second trading day after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025.
